vx stores global configuration in ~/.config/vx/config.toml.

Configuration Precedence
Settings are resolved in this order (later overrides earlier):
- Built-in defaults
- Global config (
~/.config/vx/config.toml) - Project config (
vx.toml) - Environment variables
- Command-line flags
